After signing up, we schedule an onboarding call to understand your properties, workflows, and preferences. From there, we set up your unified inbox, connect your channels, and begin managing operations — typically within 3–5 business days.
Most clients are fully onboarded and live within 3–5 business days of their kickoff call. For properties that need more complex setups — like multi-platform syncing or custom workflows — it may take up to 7 days.
